TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CONSUMER OFFER BY MOMATOS
1. DEFINITIONS:
Consumer Offer: Refers to the Diwali giveaway contest where customers who shop for ₹5000 and above can win prizes.
Participant: Refers to customers who are eligible and take part in the offer.
2. CONSUMER OFFER PERIOD:
The giveaway contest is valid from 12th October 2024 - 9:00 am to 31st October 2024 - 11:59pm. Purchases made outside this period will not be eligible for the contest.
3. TERRITORY AND APPLICABLE LAWS:
This offer is applicable only in India and is subject to Indian laws and regulations.
To recieve the Gfts, the winner has to collect from the store. No home delivery will be provided.
4. ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE:
The offer is open to Indian residents who are 18 years or above.
Employees of Momatos, their families, and any agencies involved in the offer are not eligible to participate.
5. HOW TO PARTICIPATE/ AVAIL THE OFFER:
Customers need to make a single purchase worth ₹5000 or above at any Momatos store or online.
Upon purchase, they will automatically be entered into the giveaway contest and receive a WhatsApp confirmation with their entry number.
6. PRIZE AND ELIGIBILITY:
Prizes include 1 iPhone 16 or similar and 5 Gold Coins Weighing approx 1gm.
Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
The representations of the Prize in the advertisements, posters, pack shots and other promotional materials are for illustrative purpose only and the actual Prizes may differ in appearance and specifications from those depicted.
7. RIGHT TO USE DATA COLLECTED AS PART OF THE CONSUMER OFFER:
By participating in the offer, participants agree that their data (name, contact information, purchase details) may be used by Momatos for purposes of administering the contest and for marketing purposes in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
8. PUBLICITY:
Participants agree to take part in any promotional activities related to the offer, including the use of their name and images for any advertising, publicity, or promotional purposes without additional compensation.
9. EXTENT OF LIABILITY/ OBLIGATION OF MOMATOS AND AGENCY(S):
Momatos is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the participation in the offer or use of the prizes.
Momatos reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:
All intellectual property rights associated with the offer, including trademarks, logos, and content, remain the exclusive property of Momatos.
