Return & Exchange Policy

At Momatos, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for you and your little ones. While we do not accept returns and refunds, we offer an exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please review our policy below.

1. Local Orders (Within India):

This policy pertains to exchanges only. We do not accept returns and refunds on any of our products.

2. International Orders (Outside India):

Returns and refunds are not accepted for international orders at Momatos.

3. How to Exchange a Product:

We at Momatos aim to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. To ensure you are happy, we have developed an exchange policy for online and offline products. Currently, We offer exchanges for online purchases in select cities.

The exchange must be requested within 3 days from the date of product delivery or purchase. Please note that exchange requests will not be processed during the festival season and on Sundays.
The product must be in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

Valid Reasons for Exchange:

Defective or Damaged Product: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you are eligible for an exchange. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
Incorrect Product: If you receive a completely different product from what you ordered, you can exchange it for the correct one.
Sizing Issues: For apparel or footwear, if the size you ordered does not fit, you may exchange it for a different size, subject to availability.

Exchange Process:

To initiate an exchange, visit any of our physical stores within 3 days from the date of purchase between Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Exchange requests will not be processed on Sundays.
Present the original receipt or proof of purchase along with the product you wish to exchange.
Our store staff will assess the condition of the product and verify your eligibility for exchange.
If the exchange is approved, you may choose a replacement product of the same value or higher, paying the difference if applicable. If the replacement product is of lower value, we will provide a store credit for the difference.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above or if there is evidence of misuse or tampering.

4. Order Cancellation:

Product Limitations:

There may be certain products that we are unable to accept or fulfill. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Right to Refuse or Cancel:

We retain the discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders:

If your credit card has been charged for a canceled order, the order amount will be reversed and credited back to your card account.

Timing of Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled (except in the cases mentioned above) only before they have been processed to be shipped.

To cancel your order, please send an email to customercare@momatos.in In the email, include the order number and specify the product(s) you wish to cancel.
